If your game is crashing, please check the following first:

Check if you have enough phone memory space. Please make sure you have at least 600-700 MBs of free storage space for the game and your other apps to work smoothly.

1. Exit from the game.
2. Clear your phone's cache.
3. Turn your mobile device's Wi-Fi off.
4. Restart your phone.
5. Relaunch the game.
